• Includes 5 .html webpages (Flash, databases, etc. charged at a $40 per hour rate.) built from a template.
• Photo Gallery (up to 20 photos).
• 50% of balance required prior to work beginning on website
• Client must reserve url (domain name).
• $10 month hosting fee (if hosted by www.1web-ads.com)
• Once e-mail confirming agreement on "look and feel" of the website, an hourly rate of $75 per hour will be charged for additional design time (unless otherwise noted).
• Does not include custom graphics.
• 4 hours of image editing.
• Web content (text, etc.) must be in a digital format. Additional design charges are applicable for hand written content.
• There is a $50 fee for in-house in-office requests.
• Social Networking set-up fee is $150 (ask for details)
• All website content must be submitted within 90 days (3 months) or deposit will be forfieted.
• All change requests/modifications must be in writing.
• This company reserves the right to communicate soley electronically if client becomes verbally abusive.

• Each editing phase is a 4-7 day process.

• Please repond to e-mails to confirm the requested change. This is information is maintained and reviewed to confirm requests.

• Phone calls will be returned within 48 hours.

• www.1web-ads.com reserves the right to refuse services to business of sexual nature.
• Upon receipt of deposit, a splash "placeholder" will be created. Website projects will not begin until all information is received and "look and feel" e-mail is reponded to.
• Refunds will not be given if polices are not adhered to.

www.1web-ads.com reserves the right to dissolve all contracts with a customer refund at any point. www.1web-ads.com exercises this right in cases of a customer client issues.
